Bush in 30 Seconds Concert
Using technology and live music to support a progressive agenda
On August 24, 2004, MoveOn PAC held a concert that marked ten weeks of activism leading up to the presidential election. The event was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York and performers included The Roots, Moby, Natalie Merchant, and Perry Farrell. The evening featured the “Bush in 30 Seconds” television ad campaign showcasing the work of notable American film directors and actors including Matt Damon, Scarlett Johanssen, Rob Reiner, and others.
